🐑Pecorino is not only an Italian cheese 🧀 but a delicious white wine from Abruzzo and parts of Marche.

It is crisp clean with notes of sheep (jk) and flowers and citrus. It is beautifully sapid with a refreshing acidity which pairs great with seafood.
