🍷Rizzi Barbaresco Boito 2006 - The timing for me was perfect. I remember this wine when I tasted it in 2009 and it was TANNIC and austere! Today it was fresh, exuberant, deep, expressive with a silky tannin that was perfect for our gnocchi Castemagno at lunch!

🫵FYI - This same wine but 10 years older (2016) was made into a riserva with unique hand painted labels by @cantina_rizzi and selected for our last club shipment! One of our members coincidentally drank this currwnt vintage too…complimenti Rizzi- e Buone Feste🎄🎄🍷🎄🎄🎁
