U.S. : We ship wine to select states in accordance with state laws. With the every changing compliance laws on shipping please send us a note here to see if we can ship to your state.

EUROPE, JAPAN, HK: We ship wine to select countries in accordance with state laws within that country. With every changing compliance laws on shipping please send us a not to the link above.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

 

We want you to love the wines your order from us. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us.

A 20% cancellation/processing fee will be applied to all orders cancelled by the customer.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on shipped wines.

If you are unhappy with your wine for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to make sure you are happy.

We are not responsible for a “corked” wine. We can do our best to offer you a solution but receiving a substitute bottle is up to the decision of the winemaker.

We are not responsible if UPS leaves the wine on your doorstep without a signature, without our consent and despite our instructions but will do our best to contact the courier to resolve the issue.
